Ben is a Solicitor working in our Liverpool Office alongside Partner Domenic Mosca.
Ben commenced his time at Marsdens in February 2021 as a Clerk working primarily in Estates and Property. Over his time at Marsdens, Ben has developed his practice in both these area’s with a mindset that technical legal details are for Lawyers, and practical solutions explained simply are for clients.
Ben’s day-to-day practice varies. Some days may involve assisting a young couple in the purchase of their first home or assisting Executors in the administration of a Deceased Estate, whilst others may involve acting for disposed owners in compulsory acquisitions or acting for Vendors in the sale of multi-million dollar development sites.
Ben completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Wollongong and has a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia.
Ben grew up in Bringelly in South Western Sydney before his family relocated to the Southern Highlands a couple of years ago. Ben also attended St. Gregory’s College Campbelltown, graduating in 2019. As such, he has a strong understanding of the local area, its demographic and the extent of rapid change and development it has seen over the past couple of years.
When not in the office, you can find Ben working around the family farm and spending time with family and friends.
