Ben Brown | Solicitor
Ben is a solicitor practicing in the Criminal Law Department at our Campbelltown Office, working alongside Partners Sharon Ramsden and Rylie Hahn-Hamilton.
Ben joined Marsdens in 2021, where he began working in Criminal Law. Ben has developed his legal skills throughout his years of working as a Law Clerk, Graduate and Solicitor. As an advocate, Ben zealously represents clients in the Local and District Court throughout Sydney and is committed to ensuring his client’s voices are heard. He regularly appears in matters relating to domestic and personal violence, property offences and traffic offences.

In 2018, Ben completed his Bachelors of Criminology and Criminal Justice at UNSW. He then completed his Bachelors of Law in 2022, achieving Honours Class I for his dissertation on the ‘Presumption of Innocence and its changing nature within Australia.’ After completing his studies, Ben obtained his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW.
Ben has grown up in the Macarthur Region, attending Magdalene Catholic High School and proudly working for McDonalds Australia for 10 years, managing different restaurants within the Camden area. When not at work, you can find Ben running with curated playlists and spending time with family and friends.
