Mark is a Senior Associate who manages the Oran Park office of Marsdens.

 

He is a generalist lawyer and acts for clients in all areas of Wills and Estate Planning, Family Law, Commercial Law, Property and Conveyancing.

 

 

 

Mark has assisted a wide variety of clients. He has a client focussed approach to deliver effective legal solutions for each of his clients.

Mark previously practiced law in Central West New South Wales and Sydney. He has studied extensively and holds the follow degrees:

  •  Psychology;
  •  Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA);
  •  Masters degree in Engineering Practice in Mining; and
  •  Juris Doctor.

Mark has appeared for clients in the Local Court, District Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales, the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
