Helen Jabbour | Senior Associate

Helen joined Marsdens in 2015 and is a Senior Associate at our Liverpool Office working alongside Partner Domenico Mosca.

 

Helen graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Communication Studies from the University of Western Sydney. Since her admission as a solicitor in 2011, her primary focus has been in the areas of property and commercial law which includes providing advice on the sale and purchase of all matters property and business. Her expertise extends to advising on leasing transactions and acting for both landlords and tenants in commercial, retail and industrial leasing as well as providing advice in all aspects of franchising law.

Helen prides herself on her eye for detail, technical ability and dedication in ensuring her clients understand their contractual rights and obligations. Her aim is to identify any potential areas of concern at the beginning of a transaction. This approach, enables Helen to work with her clients to negotiate the best possible outcome in their matters and potentially avoid any such areas of concern escalating into disputes later on.

Helen is a member of the Law Society of NSW, Law Society of NSW Property Law Committee and Women with Altitude.

Helen is also fluent in Greek.
