Vayshali Chandra is a Partner in the Family Law department at our Campbelltown office.
Vayshali began working with Marsdens in 2011 and in 2023 became a Partner of our Family Law department in Campbelltown. She is also a Nationally Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
Vayshali has experience in providing advice and negotiating beyond the obvious issues that arise in many Family Law matters both in and out of the court system. From the initial appointment, Vayshali will continue to advise you of all the necessary steps that need to be taken to ensure a quick and effective settlement to minimise legal costs and at times avoiding litigation.
Vayshali considers all contingencies based on each unique circumstance of her client’s and using her knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness she can navigate her clients during extremely difficult periods. Vayshali’s forward- thinking approach along with her compassion ensures successful and fair settlements for all her client’s.
She is also an adverse supporter for her local community and is actively involved with many charitable organisations and boards.
