Aaran Johnson
Aaran holds Master of Laws Degree, majoring in Commercial Litigation and is a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation.
Aaran relates well to clients large and small, from all backgrounds. He brings a unique perspective to litigation and dispute resolution applying his knowledge of the law and extensive experience to provide options to his clients utilising both novel and normal processes, to achieve commercial, business oriented outcomes.
Aaran has experience in the Asia Pacific region having acted in respect of criminal litigation, commercial recoveries, and investigations as well as general commercial and business advisory. He has developed a proven network within the Asia Pacific region which allows tailored commercial and business advisory services for clients established in the region, seeking to expand into, or invest, in the region. Aaran also assists Asia Pacific business and commercial clients in Australia.
Aaran has expertise in the areas of Infrastructure, Building and Construction (including the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act), Contract law, Fraud, Arbitration, Specialist Inquiries, Asia Pacific Cross Border matters, Defamation, the Australia Consumer Law, Property Law, Debt and Equity law, Intellectual Property, as well as Insolvency (Bankruptcy and Corporate Insolvency) and Corporations law.
Aaran lives in Sydney, and is an avid South Sydney Rabbitohs and Sydney Swans supporter.
