Max Potential is a leadership development program that connects emerging young leaders with local community and business leaders, who receive professional coach training.
The program runs over five months with one-on-one coaching, experiential workshops and a focus on delivering innovative community service projects to make a difference locally.
David Hogan worked with Jodi Weisz, a student from St Gregory's College Campbelltown from March until September helping him in identifying a project he wanted to complete in order to serve the community. Jodi is passionate about the environment, and in particular with waste reduction. David assisted Jodi with organising, advertising and undertaking a beach clean in Port Kembla. The response from people to the clean was great with a large number giving up their Sunday morning to help. The amount of rubbish collected was frightening and ranged from papers and plastics, to bits of clothing and even a syringe!
