The Estate Planning team here at Marsdens as well as the entire firm would like to congratulate the Partner in charge of the department, Krystle Wolthers, for achieving the fantastic accolade of Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates Law in 2023!
Specialist Accreditation is an assessment program established by the Law Society of New South Wales which enables lawyers to gain recognition as an expert in their chosen area of practice. This rare achievement of Wills & Estate Law Accreditation is currently only held by 80 lawyers in the state of New South Wales, with Krystle being the only Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates Law in southwest Sydney.
With her expertise, Krystle and her team are able to assist, advise and guide clients with all Estate related matters including Estate Planning, deceased Estates and Estate litigation. For more information regarding our services, click here.
Krystle joined Marsdens in 2012 and was promoted to Partner in 2019.
Working alongside Krystle is also our Senior Associate, David Hogan who joined Marsdens in 2018, our Associate, Courtney Robinson and our Solicitor, Jade Walker who both commenced their time with Marsdens as Law Clerks whilst still studying university in 2017 and 2020, respectively.
Providing further legal assistance to Krystle, David, Courtney and Jade, are our two Law Clerks, Amber-Jayne Mathews and Tass Vlahakis, who are both currently completing their studies with the University of Wollongong. Amber-Jayne and Tass both commenced their time with Marsdens in 2023 and both looking to be admitted as lawyers within the next 12 months.
Our professional staff are supported by Leanne Bonomini and Rebecca Rofe. Leanne has extensive experience as a legal assistant, being at Marsdens for over 30 years. Rebecca has also had valuable experience as a legal assistant with firms in the CBD, however after taking some time away to raise her young family, Rebecca has now recommenced work, starting with Marsdens in 2023.
Again, we extend a big congratulations to Krystle on her wonderful achievement of becoming an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates Law and look forward to the growth her expertise and leadership continues to bring to our Estate Planning Department in the future.
