Brett McGrath 2025 Mediation Dates

As Brett’s term as the President of the Law Society concludes, we welcome him back to Marsdens and he will be available full time for family law property and parenting mediations in 2025. 

Brett returns to Marsdens in early January and is available for mediation on the following dates:

January: 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 28th, 30th, 31st 

February: 3rd, 6th, 7th, 14th, 17th, 19th, 20th, 24th, 25th, 26th, 28th

March: 3rd, 4th, 5th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 14th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 24th, 25th, 26th, 28th, 31st

Brett's rate is $6,000 (excl GST) for a full-day mediation (either via Teams, or in person in the Sydney metro area), or $3,500 (excl GST) for a half-day mediation.
