Last night, Marsdens Law Group and the NSW Council for Civil Liberties hosted the 2023 John Marsden Memorial Lecture at the Chau Chak Wing Museum!
The Annual Lecture honours the late John Marsden AM, founder of our firm and Life Member and Past President of the NSWCCL.
It was a lovely evening with special guests Michael Kirby AC, CMG and Her Honour Magistrate Pauline Wright, who spoke on protecting competing rights: the presumption of innocence and the right to live free from sexual violence.
